Overview
As a global leader in natural and built asset design and consultancy, Arcadis is a respected company with over 75 years of experience. Following the design and completion of their Brisbane Head Office, Arcadis required a new Sydney head office that would hold their 465 staff.
The Arcadis workplace designed by WMK Architecture and constructed by Built. is set over four floors, and has no assigned workstations, with clients and staff freely flowing between spaces over the four inter-connected floors. Vital to the design was the intertenancy staircase created by the Active Metal Pty Ltd team that serves as the central artery to this agile working space. The stairs also support a more collaborative, flexible and integrated work environment.
