Heading up the design and engineering team at Active Metal, Adrian’s extensive competence in CAD design, coupled with a comprehensive trade background provides our clients with real solutions for stair designs. It is through years of experience that Adrian is able to bring to the table such a diverse range of engineering and design capability.

With a career history that has included one of the largest structural steel companies in Australia, Ana is a highly proficient and experienced steel project estimator and manager. Holding a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Ana is qualified engineer with a proven practical track record and eye for excellence.

With a long history as a seasoned Project Manager, Ben is well known with our clients as energetic, client focused and capable. Now driving the Active Metal delivery team for New South Wales from his role as Construction Manager, Ben is responsible for seeing projects through to completion following their design finalisation. Ben is continuing to drive Active’s growing list of success stories.

Bringing to the team over 15 years of office fitout Project Management experience, Craig is disciplined, organized and delivers on his promises. Craig heads up the preconstruction team at Active Metal and thrives on ensuring client’s project requirements are satisfied through the early design and planning phases of a project. A consistent history of successful projects has underscored Craig’s elevation to Head of Preconstruction.

Whilst acting as Co-Managing Director of Active Metal, Gavin heads up the Business Development & Client Relations team. He plays a decisive role in shaping the company’s ongoing strategic direction. With his passion for quality outcomes for all stakeholders he has bolstered the success of the company’s restructure introducing a pre-construction consultancy service offering for stair design, engineering and feasibility engagements.

As Head of Construction, Tom is responsible for leading and directing the Project Delivery Team. With his vast knowledge of construction, Tom is able to bring together the multi-disciplines of project delivery, site management and project close-out and continues to lead a high-performing team.
