Overview
Nestled in the heart of Adelaide’s Central Business District, the recently completed 60 King William Street stands as a testament to architectural innovation and sophistication. Fabricated by Active Metal, the project’s crowning glory is its stunning staircase, a masterpiece that seamlessly blends modernist charm with functional elegance.
At the core of the 60 King William project lies a striking curved staircase that graces the lobby, captivating visitors with its sleek black painted handrails, pristine white folded 6mm treads and risers, and luxurious finish. Fabricated as one seamless piece for rapid installation, the staircase is a triumph of engineering and design. Each step echoes a meticulous fusion of form and function, transforming the lobby into a realm of timeless elegance.
In collaboration with Siren Design Group, Active Metal successfully brought their vision to life. The curved white staircase takes centre stage in the newly refurbished lobby, capturing the essence of innovation and style.
The staircase exemplifies a harmonious blend of expertise, resulting in a staircase that not only meets the aesthetic demands of the project but also complements the overarching design philosophy.
